TASTING NOTE
The eye is clear and a beautiful green-gold color.
The nose is subtle but the notes of fresh genepi flower are very present.
On the palate, authentic génépi is balanced and slightly honeyed. It appeals to a wide audience with its delicate floral aromas and sweetness.

A LIQUOR OF EXCELLENCE
Having won multiple awards since 2019 at the Paris Agricultural Show, our authentic liqueur won the gold medal in 2020 and 2024, as well as the prize for excellence at the Concours Général Agricole.
WHAT ARE THE QUALITIES OF OUR LIQUOR?
Authentic Guillaumette liqueur is a balanced, sweet, and floral genepi. Obtained through a maceration process, the flowers used come from our own organic cultivation at an altitude of 2,100 meters in Orcières-Merlette. This allows us to have complete control over the quality of our production.
